Payment

On completion of this registration form, an invoice will be sent to the person named as being responsible for processing the invoice. Payment in full for the selected workshop is due no less than two weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.

Once full payment has been made, you, your manager and the person processing the invoice will receive a confirmation email, along with further details concerning the workshop and any additional options selected.

If you select any of the enhanced programme options, please note the following:

  • If you select the Benchmark 360 Report option, payment is due four weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.
  • If you select either or both of the additional Hogan reports, payment is due at the same time as the workshop i.e. no less than two weeks prior to the first day of the workshop.

All amounts are exclusive of GST. 

Multiple bookings for a workshop

We offer a discount for multiple bookings for the same workshop. Contact us for further details.

Cancellation

Team Leader reserves the right to cancel a workshop when necessary. There is a commitment from Team Leader to provide as much notice as possible of this occurrence.

If a cancellation to a workshop is made, the participant’s fees will cover another workshop of the participant’s choice.

Withdrawal from a Workshop

Withdrawal from a workshop with more than two weeks (fourteen days) notice from the commencement of the workshop incurs no cost and will result in a full refund of fees paid.

Withdrawal between seven and fourteen days notice from the commencement of the workshop will result in a refund of 50% of the fees paid.

Withdrawal with under seven days notice from the commencement of the workshop will result in no refund of fees paid due to the costs already incurred in booking facilities and resources for the workshop.

Transfer of booking to another Workshop

Requests for a transfer from one workshop to another will incur no cost if made with more than fourteen days notice from the commencement of the workshop originally booked.

Requests for a transfer from one workshop to another will incur a charge of 50% of fees paid if made with less than fourteen days notice from the commencement of the workshop originally booked.

Unforeseen circumstances effecting attendance

Inability to attend the booked workshop for reasons such as travel interruption, sickness, bereavement or similar unforeseen circumstances will be treated as for a cancellation or transfer, as appropriate. There will be no refund of fees for no-shows.

Substitution of booking for another participant

A replacement participant may be substituted provided there is at least seven days notice in advance of the commencement of the workshop.

Participant acceptance of terms and conditions

As the nominated participant for a Team Leader Leadership Development Limited Leadership 101 Workshop, I have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions specified in this outline.

I further acknowledge that following receipt of this registration form by Team Leader Leadership Development Limited, the organisation that I represent will be legally liable for the workshop fees set out in the registration form and as such will be bound by the terms and conditions as specified.
