Grants are available now through the Regional Business Partner (RBP) Network, and Team Leader is a registered partner with the RBP.
The RBP Network has NZ Government funding available to support enterprises through COVID-19.
Team Leader has been a registered partner with the RBP network for many years, and the availability of Team Leader support continues through this period.
The RBP fund can be used to access 1-1 support for you and your leaders, and this enables you to make use of Team Leader’s expertise in providing leader coaching to leaders at every level.
To access this support, businesses will need to register on the RBP platform at www.regionalbusinesspartners.co.nz and meet (by phone or virtually) with a RBP Enterprises Advisor.
To be eligible to access RBP funding, a business needs to:
undergo a needs assessment with a RBP Enterprise Advisor
Have fewer than 50 full-time equivalent employees
Be registered for GST in New Zealand
Be operating in a commercial environment
Be a privately owned enterprise, or a Maori Trust or incorporation under the Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993 or a similar organisation managing Maori assets under multiple ownership
