Children are our future leaders

I read a great article this morning, and it was great because it identified what we need to do to help children grow into becoming great adults.
It talks about the six Cs - collaboration, communication, content, critical thinking, creative innovation and confidence.
When I look at great leaders, I see them being practitioners of these six things.
